General Terms and Rental Conditions
§ 1 Scope & Contractual Partners These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of the accommodation „Månefjord Glamping“ in Roslev, Denmark, made directly via this website. The contractual partners are the guests and the host Jessica Stockmayer-Kurzawe. By completing a booking, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.
§ 2 Booking, Conclusion of Contract & Payment (1) The presentation of the accommodation on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to book. (2) By submitting a booking, the guest makes a binding offer. The contract becomes valid only upon transmission of the booking confirmation by the host. (3) The total amount of the rental price is due to 100% directly during the booking process.
§ 3 Cancellation Policy & Withdrawal (1) Free cancellation with a full refund of the amount paid is possible up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. (2) For cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date, as well as in the case of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided. (3) We strongly recommend that guests obtain private travel cancellation insurance. According to EU law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for scheduled accommodation services.
§ 4 Use of Accommodation & House Rules (1) The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 2 adult persons. It is a pure couples' retreat („Adults Only“). Children are not permitted. (2) Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on the entire property and inside the tent. (3) Smoking and vaping (e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited inside the Lotus Belle tent and in all enclosed rooms (kitchen, bathroom). (4) The use of the wood stove inside the tent and the rocket stove/grill in the outdoor area is at the guest's own risk. Firewood is provided free of charge to a reasonable extent. Open fire must never be left unattended.
§ 5 E-Mobility & Charging Station An 11 kW charging station for electric vehicles is available on the property. The use of the charging station is not included in the rental price and will be billed fairly and transparently based on actual consumption on site (current rate: 2.80 DKK/kWh).
§ 6 Departure & Cleaning (1) No separate final cleaning fee will be charged. (2) However, guests agree to leave the accommodation broom-clean. Used dishes must be washed clean before departure, and waste must be separated into the designated bins in the kitchen. (3) In the event of heavy soiling or disregard for the house rules, we reserve the right to charge subsequently for additional cleaning efforts.
§ 7 Liability & Damages The guest is liable for all damages caused by themselves or accompanying persons to the Lotus Belle tent, the equipment, the kitchen, the bathroom, or the property. Any damages must be reported to the host immediately.
§ 8 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction The law of the Kingdom of Denmark shall apply. The place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the location of the accommodation (Roslev, Denmark).
